List any specialized training or unique skills required

Overall management, professional development, training of 70+ drivers and field staff

Manages team of maintenance personnel to ensure all safety standards and repair needs are met for the entire fleet

8+ years experience in the trucking/frac/maintenance industry

Knowledgeable of DOT compliance and Safety Standards

Experience managing minimum of 20+ drivers and maintenance personnel

Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

5-8 years of successful Operations or Customer Service Management experience

Mentoring, coaching, staffing, carrier development, operations management, dispatch and customer support along with additional tactical functions..

Manage daily operations of the company's inbound and outbound operations.

Experience in the transportation / 3PL industry required

Proven leadership experience in fast paced environments with rapidly changing priorities

Possess high levels of energy and initiative; strong work ethic and ability to self-manage

Good interpersonal and management skills.

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at any time at the discretion of management.

Maintenance records management uploading to PXTM, communicate with tire vendors, truck and trailer vendors for service.

Serve as Rail Tech to maintain correct and timely inventory management.

Manage all equipment; communicate with Terminal Manager to resolve any issues that arise.

Minimum education: high school diploma

Prior LTL management experience is strongly preferred

Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees

Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills

Desire to surround customer with excellence in service

The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented

Willingness to work 50 hours/week average

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Associate’s degree in business or public administration, an aviation-related discipline, finance or a related field.

Three (3) years of experience, in any combination, in airport, aviation, or related service-focused industry including direct service delivery experience.

One (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Experience managing complex interpersonal relationships in a business setting.

Experience in airport or airline operations supervision.

Three (3) years or more demonstrated experience in developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management skills required

Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Customer satisfaction/problem resolution. Review of KPI tracking and improvement. Ensure that all staff is trained in Transportation/Distribution Management.

Annual Salary Pay: $100,00 - $110,000 per year based on experience
