Job Title: HR Operations Manager/Compliance Manager

Experience: Experience must be 8+ Years

· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

· Manage and maintain HRIS systems for accurate employee data.

Demonstrates responsible management of all departmental resources.

Strong leadership managerial skills; ability to plan, delegate, monitor and improve work performance

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Healthcare or related field

Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience

Preferred: 5 years’ experience in hospital compliance

Directs broad operations to ensure the provision of comprehensive departmental services in compliance with all regulatory agencies and healthcare system requirements.

Maintain proper record keeping required for management of the FTZ.

Routinely update and report to direct management concerning activities related to the Foreign-Trade Zone.

3+ years of experience administering a foreign-trade zone, or related professional import experience in a real-world environment.

Related experience includes filing Customs Entries or creating in-bond transactions.

Have a working knowledge of logistics activities including import activities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
