Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations Manager/Compliance Manager

Location: 1025 Vermont Ave NW floor 2, Washington, DC 20005, (Managing multiple offices from Washington DC)

Experience: Experience must be 8+ Years

Salary budget is $80000/Annum + 6% of 401K Employer contribution.



We are currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager/Compliance Manager to join a leading company in the visa and passport industry. In this role, you will oversee compliance, employee engagement, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and HR policies across multiple office locations in the United States.



Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain industry best practices.

· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

· Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes.

· Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.

· Manage and maintain HRIS systems for accurate employee data.

· Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction through engagement initiatives.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance.


Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in HR operations or compliance roles.

· Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
