Manager Of Materials Fulfillment Jobs

Experience in or exposure to healthcare management

Responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and performance management of staff.

Bachelors’ degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.

Previous experience with healthcare accreditation process and business requirements.

Minimum of five years of related work experience in a technical and/or mechanical capacity.

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in fulfillment management

Direct experience with 3PL management and contract negotiations - experience with 4PL management is a bonus

Manage relationships with 3P/4PL partners, ensuring high levels of service and compliance according to contractual obligations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Drive key metrics with our partners such as order accuracy, on-time receipts, on-time fulfillment, costs, and inventory control

Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:

Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in logistics, strategic sourcing, government procurement, supply chain management, and/or inventory control

Project management experience to include leading efforts and setting direction for logistics technology integration is ideal

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management from an accredited college or university

Experience managing business process improvement for forecasting, planning, benchmarking, increasing productivity, and streamlining workflow
