Manager Of Materials Fulfillment Jobs in Arkansas

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), order management systems (OMS), returns management systems (RMS), among others.

Professional certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCMP accreditation.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the fulfillment process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and minimal disruptions.

Other duties or missions: as assigned, adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management.

Provide leadership and management to the Digital and Retail Order Management Teams

Document all Digital and Retail Order Management Processes

5+ years in a Customer Service, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Managing role at a fast-growing company.

Dynamics 365 ERP experience is a plus.

Align with key internal and external stakeholders on SLAs for all customer orders and document, track, and report on SLA attainment.

Develop and report Digital and Retail KPIs

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in fulfillment management

Direct experience with 3PL management and contract negotiations - experience with 4PL management is a bonus

Manage relationships with 3P/4PL partners, ensuring high levels of service and compliance according to contractual obligations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Drive key metrics with our partners such as order accuracy, on-time receipts, on-time fulfillment, costs, and inventory control
