Senior Manager Fulfillment Jobs

In the role ofSenior Manager, Fulfillment,you will help lead our Digital and Retail Logistics activities including replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory management activities.

This role drives superior customer service to our Digital channel customers and Retail channel through detailed order management and proactive internal and external communications. You will interface weekly our distribution facilities, and our internal e-commerce and retail teams. You are the first point of contact for Digital and Retail operational challenges and will own issue management and resolution. This role will be responsible for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a team and working with other Digital and Retail customers and an extensive understanding of how Amazon FBA works. In addition to outstanding analytic skills and being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Align with the planning team on S&OP fulfillment needs.
• Align with key internal and external stakeholders on SLAs for all customer orders and document, track, and report on SLA attainment.
• Manage Digital and Retail logistics and order fulfillment activities and teams, including verifying the accuracy of receipt and fulfillment within agreed SLAs
• Document all Digital and Retail Order Management Processes
• Own cross-functional communication with the Digital/Retail team to plan and prioritize activities at the 3PL.
• Develop and report Digital and Retail KPIs
• This individual will work closely with the Director of Logistics & Fulfilment daily.
• Work closely with the planning team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Communicate with 3PLs on the destruction of goods and align with internal stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to streamline the order management process, improving the use of NetSuite and Microsoft 365, EDI, and other order management tools
• Provide leadership and management to the Digital and Retail Order Management Teams
• Provide proactive communications and decision-making for all 3P orders, keeping the sales and supply chain teams informed of any issues

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Communications, or math-based discipline
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and a creative problem solver. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes ownership of the team’s performance.
• Dynamics 365 ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and drive for results – complete assigned duties accurately and on time.
• Comfortable utilizing technology to create efficiencies in your work – NetSuite, Shopify, Excel, Microsoft
• 5+ years in a Customer Service, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Managing role at a fast-growing company.
