Project Management Skills: Able to handle a manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production

Desired Skills, Attributes and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years’ experience overseeing manufacturing, shipping and receiving

Proven skills operating and examining production equipment for faults

Organizational Skills: They are adept at coordinating the different stages of manufacture to ensure seamless operations

Exercise considerable initiative/judgement in work methods and in interpreting and delegating work requirements/goals

Knowledge/experience with ERP system (IFS, SAP, or equivalent)

Understanding of machining and grinding equipment programming requirements and capabilities

Knowledge and application of Lean and Six Sigma highly desired.

Knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the field required.

Experienced reading material and process specifications, engineering drawings, technical reports, manuals, and work instructions

Experience using CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
