Manager Of Distribution Center Operations Jobs in Tennessee

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 5 years operation direction experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment

Experience with SAP, WMoS and Kronos would be a plus

Experience with budget overseeing and accountability

Excellent verbal, written and listening interpersonal skills, ability to lead other and influence at various levels of the organization

Understand the end-to-end movement of product through the facility and be a catalyst for flow

Extensive experience using the Warehouse Management System (WMOS)

Reconcile incomplete orders in the warehouse management system

Use reporting tools (warehouse management system, WCS tool -conveyor tracking, etc.) to identify and isolate any exceptions

Minimum requirement 3+years of warehouse experience with a sound understanding of distribution center operations flow

Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

Effective cross-and intra-departmental interpersonal skills through various mediums
