Manager Customer Training Jobs in Ohio

3+ years or relevant experience; University experience may count

Experience presenting or teaching a small group (2 - 12 people)

1+ years of experience providing customer technical support or training.

Knowledge of computer programming preferred.

Provide world-class support and training through creative, intelligent, efficient, and flexible solutions to a variety of technical challenges

Build lasting relationships with customers through professional, efficient, pleasant, and helpful communication

Project management experience and understanding of particulars of cross-function and cross-geography project coordination.

Experience working with, and managing remote and/or virtual teams to work as one global training team.

Effectively and proactively manage training projects involving the entire project life cycle.

Identify and approve solution and system requirements for training need requests.

3-5 years of work experience in coaching and training.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills to coordinate processes and projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
