Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with LMS is a plus.

Support of large-scale HR projects such as our annual employee survey and administration of our company-wide engagement and education programs.

Assist with providing support of internal events (for both on-site and remote colleagues).

Strong communication skills, writing skills and reasoning skills

Understanding around importance of end-to-end employee experience

1-2 years of related experience in a professional environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Provide insights-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns, product strategies, and customer experiences.

Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role, leading insights, market research, or analytics functions.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Strong programming skills in Python and/or SQL or other programming languages used for data analysis.

Experience with market research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or significant experience in consumer research, marketing analytics, or related field.

Demonstrated multicultural market research experience with a marketing team, vendor, and/or agency.

Ability to balance conflicting priorities and manage both short- and long-term deliverables.

Project Management: Manage data insights initiatives including developing outcomes milestone, timelines, ensuring team accountability for meet timelines , accurate, quality deliverables.

Strategic Partnership: Manage stakeholder relationships to assess needs and translate them into strategic plans including dashboard solutions.

Advanced Analytics: Drive the business requirements for advanced analytics in partnership with Colleague Insights Data Science team.

5+ years corporate experience and relevant previous job background

5+ years’ experience in translating data into cohesive insights and data visualization
