Management Consulting Associate Jobs in Utah

Previous management consulting (or similar) experience is highly desired (whether within the public or private sector; either is desirable)

Perform other administrative and management (e.g., conducting stakeholder briefings and feedback sessions) duties as assigned

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in support of senior government stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, as well as Google tools to manage Shared files

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple taskings, and work in a fast-paced working environment

Experience with staff work within the Federal government space

Supports consulting projects in strategic planning and implementation, performance management, and program management and analysis

Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives

2+ years of relevant experience in a project environment, preferably consulting, to design and implement strategies, performance measures, and innovative solutions

Experience in process improvement, meeting and stakeholder engagement support, and/or program analysis

Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment

Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

3-5 years of program analysis, management analysis, program research, and/or consulting experience

Love to learn complex mission areas in homeland security, emergency management, or law enforcement

Interest in working with senior clients in program analysis, program research and writing, management and business analysis, and consulting

Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
