As an analyst in Business Management you would be expected to:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

3-5 years’ experience in financial services preferable in sales and/or client service/relationship management

Project & Process management experience preferred.

Knowledge of client segment, organization, product, industry and end customer

Demonstrated knowledge of RIA products and services

Experience with CRM, workflow and data visualization systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, G-Suite/Smart-Sheet

Outstanding analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field

Perform reviews and support management of the assigned portfolio to identify and minimize risk to the organization

Portfolio management of an assigned portfolio of clients including, covenant monitoring, ratings, and periodic borrower reviews

5+ years - Financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management

5+ years - Experience with underwriting loan transactions

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision and simultaneously manage multiple projects

Budgeting Revenue and Compensation: Support the internal budgeting process and helping meet requirements of Jefferies senior management

Strong Excel, PowerPoint & database management skills

Prior experience in finance/banking is preferred

Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously

Must have 1-2 years work experience in financial services industry
