Maintenance Trade Specialist Jobs

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales, account management, or related industry required

Demonstrated strength in time management, organization, and self-motivation

Four-year college degree or equivalent job experience

Ability to understand technical requirements of customers application as it relates to the relevant focus industry

Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with target customers

Develop & maintain excellent relationships with customers within assigned geographic territory by providing technical assistance, service, and application advise for customer

Verifiable vocational training or one (1) year verifiable experience working in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC).

High school graduate or equivalent

Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.

Must possess a valid state driver's license

Must have and wear hard-toed safety shoes which meet ASTM F2413-05 standards

Climbing: Working up to 35 feet

Build and maintain strong positive relationships with carriers to determine optimal pricing to better meet customer’s business requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience

Knowledge of the shipping industry terminology and concepts of related equipment and logistics a plus

Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interface with people of a variety of backgrounds.

Negotiate service contracts with different carriers to obtain competitive ocean, land, and consolidation rates.

Respond to spot quotation requests and implement tariffs utilizing internal rate platform

· Assists in planning photo shoots by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; implementing processes

· Manages blog, writing schedule, and outside copywriters ensuring all copy aligns with company brand and voice.

San Luis Obispo, CA 93401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

· Organizes storage spaces and keep inventory of trade show booth pieces, products, props, and tools

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
