• Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans and schedules.
• Monitor and inspect the work of contractors and other personnel performing maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and repair requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
