Central Patient Logistics Supervisor

Supervision of Central Patient Logistics. Serves as management representative while on duty. Responsible for acting as a role model for the vision and values of SLHS. Collaborates with others within SLHS to assure seamless coordination of care throughout full care continuum. Responsible for resource allocation, that consist of appropriate prioritization and distribution of resources across SLHS.

• Supports agency staffing processes in the moment as needed
• Serves as clinical leader for in the moment staffing decisions
• Establishes close alignment through collaborative relationships with various SLHS entity departments to facilitate capacity management initiatives.
• Leads system flow problem solving

Schedule: 36 hours/week: 12 hour swing shifts
