Experience with computerized maintenance management system

Operate a computerized maintenance management system.

Assist maintenance staff in completing repairs and projects.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, shower rooms and fixtures in accordance with established procedures and standards; refill restroom dispenser.

Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, furniture, etc.

Clean kitchenettes, elevators and stairwells.

Maintains required qualifications for signing out inmate workers.

Performs other related job duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED. No prior related work experience.

Sanitizes rest rooms and empties trash.

Maintains the appearance of the grounds.

Cleans floors, sweep, mop, wax, etc.

Basic machining experience on manual mills, lathes, drill presses, band saws, bench grinders, hand-tools, etc.

Basic mechanical experience, performing work on simple hardware components and assemblies.

Journey-level machining and fabrication experience on a variety of machining and fabrication equipment.

Machine tool maintenance experience, performing work on moderately complex hardware components and assemblies.

Machine tool and process equipment installation experience.

General personal computer application skills with spreadsheets, databases and word processors.
