Overview Maintenance Millwrights are responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. They use their knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose and repair problems with the machinery. They also install new equipment and perform preventative maintenance to ensure that the machinery is running properly and safely. Detailed Job Description Maintenance Millwrights are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. They use their knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose and repair problems with the machinery. They also install new equipment and perform preventative maintenance to ensure that the machinery is running properly and safely. They may also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any issues with the machinery and equipment. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to use hand and power tools

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
