Location: Fully Remote with 100% travel to sites

Work with the plant management team to develop, justify, propose and execute capital projects.

Direct and manage trouble-shooting and repair of production equipment, electronic circuitry, facilities, PLC’s to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

Support maintenance budget development and control spending to meet budget requirements.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, develop and supervise the maintenance budget and schedule department personnel to service production needs.

6+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, including 1+ year of management experience

Establish and manage the department’s budget to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded

Manage capital and expense projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline as defined

Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance related systems to support the continuous manufacturing requirements

Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing and inventory control processes

Manage employee’s performance through establishing expectations and holding employees accountable

Project Management experience leading a cross-functional group to a desired outcome

Establishing project execution communication tools including progress reports and budget management

Management of the project’s budget and key progress milestones with the ability to adapt for unforeseen elements within allowable constraints

Performs other responsibilities as assigned by manager to include assisting with maintenance staff supervision as needed

Strong teamwork skills including the ability to work with a diverse team and effectively manage conflict

5 years operations experience in a hands-on engineering role.
