The Maintenance Department Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that all maintenance staff are properly trained and certified. Detailed Job Description The Maintenance Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment, machinery, and facilities within the organization.
