Responsible for reporting any problems to Superintendent or Management, which includes but not limited to tenants concerns about condition of building

Follows established procedures set by management

Applicant must have strong inter-personal skills as this position requires interactions with residents and personnel

Previous experience working in residential buildings

Prior experience in luxury buildings preferred

Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.

Responsible for alerting management of any concern that may require escalated attention, whether it be guest or staff related.

Maintain professional behavior when in contact with guests, management and fellow associates.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain knowledge base of the company, location, hotel and any other pertinent information.

Review the guest list with a manager at the start of each shift.

Communicate any large group walk ins or difficult guests to a manager immediately.

Maintain working knowledge of facility floor plan, including special events, and community activities, etc.

Control the flow of visitors in the lobby.

Assist with gathering and delivering resident needs and requests.

Check in visitors and guests if necessary.

Assist and/or escort residents and visitors.

Provide outstanding service by anticipating needs and requests.

Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state

Must always stand at / by the hotel doors and/or curb side to greet and welcome all hotel guests.

Capable of interacting well with the guests in a positive, friendly attitude, while taking an active interest in their movements

Must respond to any emergency situations.

Monitor the access and flow of people to prevent any mishaps.

Block physical access to restricted areas.

Patrol properties to maintain security of premises.

Patrol Industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusions and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

File clean and accurate reports of daily activities and irregularities.

Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

1. Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest

2. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.

3. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area

Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.

Verifying and recording visitor information.

Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.

Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages.

Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.

Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors
