Luxury Hospitality Recruiter Jobs

5+ years hospitality management experience (preference in upscale, luxury hospitality) is REQUIRED

· Manages overall full-cycle recruiting (pre-hire, advertising, screening resumes, selection, sourcing, compensation, interviewing, and onboarding)

· Assess candidates’ qualifications via resume reviews and phone screenings

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers in order to create a trusted professional partnership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and professionally on a team in a remote environment

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including various roles and skill requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in hospitality and property management recruitment.

Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with the job requirements.

Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms in collaboration with the HR and hiring Managers.

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
