Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

One (1) year of guest service experience

One (1) year of Front Desk or Concierge experience

Experience in a similar resort setting

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the state of Montana

Customer service to include handling and screening of telephone calls.

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.

Have knowledge of all café, sanitation, and team dining room team member's responsibilities.

Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.

Certificate/License: ServSafe food safety certification, TIPS alcohol certification and gaming license required.

Comprehensive food knowledge, which includes profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and sanitation.

Have knowledge where the SDS booklet is located for your area.

Must be mature, neat in appearance, courteous, friendly, and have knowledge of what to do or say in dealing with people.

Works closely with Lounge Manager.

Any other duties as assigned by Lounge Manager.

Ability to work varied number of hours per week on a rotating basis.

Must display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance.

Ability to learn and comprehend all company policies pertaining to his or her position and employment, including safety regulations.

Prepare bank deposit subject to Managers inspection & approval.

Notify Assistant Manager and or Manager of cash shortages.

Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the state of Montana

Customer service to include handling and screening of telephone calls.

Effectively prioritize and organize office tasks to be accomplished.

Security of all casino assets. Control of casino cash fund, and inventories. Audit shift reports.

Five+ Years experience managing in an upscale dining environment

Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations

Supervisor Food Handlers and TIPs/RBS Certification

Proven experience in leading a successful team

Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

Six (6) months of experience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Knowledgeable of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers and beverage machines

Monitoring number of alcoholic beverages served to passengers and alert management to potential problems

Coordinating with Lounge Manager to reorder liquor and food inventory for assigned customer or lounge

Coordinating with Lounge Manager to resolve service issues requested by the guests in assigned customer or lounge

Meeting customer and passenger needs through communication and courteous customer service skills

Possessing basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a range of audience including front line employees, clients, and corporate management

Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) and management staff

Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of guest service

Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office

Maintaining current state approved alcohol certifications and food handlers / food safety manager certifications as required
