The JOB:

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader to oversee the management of both Adelaide and Living Room Lounge. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for operating the outlets efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proven experience in leading a successful team
• Experience in developing activations
• Supervisor Food Handlers and TIPs/RBS Certification
• Ability to collaborate with property leaders to meet crucial deadlines and surpass budget expectations
• Five+ Years experience managing in an upscale dining environment
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
• Wine & Spirit knowledge
• Strong computer skills
