Provide direct oversight of the day-to-day operation and conduct audits to ensure integrity of catering partner inventory management process and reporting

Conduct regular audits ensuring compliance with Catering Operations Business Manual, United Airlines Safety Standards, and other regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business or related field) or 4 years of relevant work experience

2+ years of experience in salaried (non-hourly) Analyst, Operations, Consulting or Engineering role

Effective business writing and speaking skills and confidence engaging with all levels of leadership

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

Monitor key delivery gates, supplier commitments, lead times, delivery/logistics to ensure overall NCO milestones are met through proactive management.

Some forklift operation (license/certification a bonus)

Provide thoughtful leadership/solutions to reduce bottlenecks, manage inventory/logistics, and ensure success of franchise partners in Equipment related activities.

Monitor and manage inventory levels and work aggressively to reduce delivery lead times from suppliers

Manage suppliers, including logistics providers toward agreed upon standards for on-time delivery and quality

Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

Proactively provide manager with recommendations and feedback regarding overall opportunities, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team.

Manages and supervises Logistics team Including the Product Assessment, warehouse, quality, shipping and receiving Specialists

Provides direct support to manufacturing operations through managing incoming requirements and scheduling of production work orders

Foster cross-department collaboration by working closely with supervisors, managers, etc.

Assist manager by making recommendations in identifying, recruiting and developing talents, securing succession plans in collaboration with manager.

Strong analytical, organizational and basic math skills.

Proactively provide manager with recommendations and feedback regarding overall opportunities, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team.
