Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering specialty or business administration

Strong Technical Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement.

Lead (Technically and Disciplinary) Logistics/SCM Department within IPST and On-Site/Off Site Locations.

Support Technical Design, Implementation and Sustainment of New Concepts, Procedures and Processes.

Participate and support in all activities in regards to development projects, Series and Plant Site Strategy.

Key interface for Logistics' Daily Operational KPI Metrics Tracking and Reporting.

Submits the G2 Database Scheduler (Event Manager), maintaining conference room calendars and distribution lists, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.

Associate degree with little or no experience or high school diploma with 1-4 years of experience.

Requires basic knowledge and familiarity with equipment in area of expertise.

Coordinating workshops, making travel arrangements for visitors, acting as the help desk liaison between the staff and participants

Personnel will also be responsible for project controls support in providing cost and commitment reporting for multiple GSAT programs.

Support in developing and reviewing the ACB, developing estimates for fiscal year program completion.

Work as a team member to assist in DC functionality

Select and pack orders according to directed methods

Wrap completed store orders and submit to shipping

Load shipments onto trucks in a safe and efficient manner

Receive product from vendors and prepare for outbound pick and pack processes

Replenish received product to primary and secondary bin locations

Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.

Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Logistics & Logistics.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Must have experience in Microsoft Office

Must enjoy working in a team environment with frequent customer contact and have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Provide a wide array of duties supporting logistic engineering and collaborating with peers and internal customers.

Problem solving and verifying accuracy of documentation for logistics data.

Required Skills: ERP Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft Project.

Expedite and control the flow of work in process, raw materials, subassemblies, tooling, and products on the shop floor.

Work with Planners to determine priorities of what material needs to move and to what location.

Locates and distributes materials to specified production areas.

Works with warehouse staff to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production area.

Report KPIs and performs other duties as assigned.
