Objective of the Job:

• Lead (Technically and Disciplinary) Logistics/SCM Department within IPST and On-Site/Off Site Locations.
• Support Technical Design, Implementation and Sustainment of New Concepts, Procedures and Processes.

Principal Activities:

• Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; in conjunction with Logistics Supervisor 2; Take disciplinary actions as necessary
• Participate and support in all activities in regards to development projects, Series and Plant Site Strategy.
• Define and implement benchmark level Logistics systems, procedures, job standardization and training of both direct and indirect Logistics personnel.
• Assure on-time delivery compliance both internal and external, inbound and outbound flow.
• Key interface for Logistics' Daily Operational KPI Metrics Tracking and Reporting.
• Active Team participation in all company activities (Safety & Security, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Training, Human Resources, 5S and Environment, etc.) which apply to this position.

Job Requirements:

• SAP, IPST, Host, MRP/ERP.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement.
• 1-2 Year in Manufacturing and Leadership.
• Strong Technical Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
