Lead, train, and coach manufacturing front-line staff to ensure requirements are met for production, quality, and employee safety

Execute and lead in 5S responsibilities

Will act as a key member in building and promoting a safe work environment and culture

Perform and participate in safety improvement audits weekly

Consistently lead and model the Deutz AG values among team

Effectively communicate, motivate, and develop front-line staff

Experience and knowledge of ERP systems and exception management (SAP preferred)

Minimum of 8 years of related experience in supply management/logistics

Leverage formal change management steps to ensure a sustainable process is deployed.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related discipline is preferred.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and implement distribution network design improvements to meet current and future sales channel requirements.

Effective communication, collaboration, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills

Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.

Ensure a large number of customer & carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content.

Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations.

Ability to communicate both internally and externally with the customers and stakeholders.

Process order set up via preferred internal system to include but not limited to EDI feeds or manual creation.

Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment.
