Logistics Coordinator Ii Lead Jobs

Inputs data from shipping documents and inventory into existing management systems.

Knowledge of Microsoft office systems

Physical requirements, lift 20-70 lbs., bend, stand, squat, push

Performs other related responsibilities as necessary

Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus

Unload truck and take equipment inside to specific area at the customer site.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Studies, or equivalent job-related experience. Advanced degree or Supply Chain certification preferred.

Utilizes project management and problem-solving skills to assess the effectiveness of current logistics and/or transportation processes.

Minimum Education and Skills Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 7 years experience preferred with proven leadership skills

Familiar with logistics contracts and tariffs, warehousing, and inventory management

Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, Manufacturing Execution and ,Microsoft 365. SAP experience preferred

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Articulate gaps in performance or capabilities between customer requirements and APLL service performance to all account stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, International Business, or similar field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Escalate all legal, business or financial risk immediately, report issues with account status to the appropriate managers

Responsible for meeting transportation and customer service requirements.

Immediately report problems, operation issues or discrepancies to your manager and team members.

Ensure Transport Management System (OTM) and process compliance and integrity.

Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Strong computer skills and experience working in MRP systems.

5 or more years in operational and/or supply chain experience.

Strong facilitation skills, ability to work independently.

Experience with process improvements, Lean and Kaizen.
