Must have current certifications for Alaska Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAP), Alaska Food Handlers and CPR/First Aid.

Ensure that proper maintenance is performed on the van and reports any mechanical or safety problems to management.

Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately.

Minimum of 3 years driving experience.

Transport guests and associates in a safe manner.

Follow regularly assigned routes and schedules.

Maintains accurate record keeping of passengers census.

Additional skills sought include attention to detail and the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.

Filling dish machines, checking chemical levels of machine, filling silverware soak station, taking out wet garbage, boxes and recyclables.

Washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans and returning to proper staging areas.

Cleaning and sanitizing assigned work areas and kitchen equipment.

Utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning products.

Completing additional tasks as requested by chefs on an as need basis.

Supports the company mission, comply with supervisor's manual. Model exemplary self-discipline, departmental teamwork, interdepartmental teamwork, guest service, professional skills, and ethics.

Initiate and manage all sponsorship agreements with outside vendors.

Must possess excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality and ability to make frequent eye contact.

3 Yrs commercial driving experience and clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years).
