Driver / Bellman At Bear Creek Lodge - Part Time

Position SummaryGreet all guests and owners with a warm welcome and create a hospitable environment at Bear Creek Lodge. Assist with handling luggage, guide or escort guests to units, and provide shuttle and equipment services.
Must be able to work Sunday & Monday shifts, AM and PM available; this position is tipped.
Essential Job Duties

• Assist with handling luggage at check-in and checkout, and escort guests to units.
• Extend warm greetings to guests and owners upon arrival and provide prompt, excellent service during their stay.
• Provide private shuttle rides to guests and owners upon request while exercising safe driving habits.
• Assist with fractional owner storage bins and equipment, and ensure delivery to units before owner arrival.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of Telluride and the surrounding area to promote activities and services and direct guests to destinations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain clean and neat work areas, including shuttle and common areas.

Essential Qualifications

• REQUIRED SKILLS: AM/PM shifts and weekends. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Outgoing, friendly demeanor, professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to the safety of self and others. Ability to communicate effectively and to perform job duties with minimal oversight. Able to work with flexible schedules and weekend shifts.
• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs, climb stairs regularly, and sit and stand for long periods.
• EXPERIENCE: Hospitality operations experience preferred.
