Loan Documentation Specialist Jobs

Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals.

Remote - Must Reside in MN

Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans. Process and close for loan products.

Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups.

Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.

Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Monitors workflow and assigns daily work to staff maintaining efficiency and productivity levels established by management.

Updates file tracking spreadsheet for delivered and returned files and prepares daily tracking report for management.

Supports and keeps management informed of operational issues or concerns.

Administers personnel-related matters including employment, performance management and training and development.

Monitor's loans scanned to the LMS Scheduled Closings Report and reports missing items to the manager weekly.

Reviews imaging system for documentation deficiencies for internal refinance and modification requests.

Manages documentation exceptions to an acceptable level.

Knowledge of loan terminology and elements/process required to close a loan.

Knowledge of general banking principles and federal and/or state regulatory lending laws.

Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software required.

Detailed oriented and excellent time management skills.

Working experience with Loan systems like AFS, LIQ, and Document repositories (like ICMP)

Possess strong Microsoft Office skills.

Prior operations experience within Wells Fargo Lending eco-system (AFS, LIQ, ICMP, LVT, Credit View...etc.) (Preferred)

Designs and analyses moderately complex loan documentation reports to satisfy management requirements, support/control activities, and the launch of products/services.

Make recommendations to management to support process improvement.

Timely management and escalation of all requests and issues related to loan processing

Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.

Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of Bank related systems
