Experience in IT system administration with an emphasis on security and certificate management

JIRA and daily task management

Enrollment, completion and certification in IT training as directed.

Assess and mitigate system security risks; determine and analyze security requirements for implementation and testing

Linux and AWS troubleshooting for large scale enterprise system – in both production and test environments

Provide technical support to diverse user community

Maintain configuration management and baseline control of development, test, pre-production, and production environments.

Manage access including creation and management of user and service accounts.

Configure, manage, and maintain components of the SDN solution (application servers, load balancers, databases, operating systems, etc.)

Manage, track, and maintain configuration items including licenses, SSL certificates and the hardware/software baseline.

Manages large projects or processes with moderate impact on the achievement of sub-family results.

Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.

Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communications skills.

Demonstrated experience collecting, documenting, tracking and managing system requirements, milestones and needs.

e. Provide and create documentation, training, communication (website), and coordination with local and remote users and stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining physical and cloud environments to include workstations and virtual images.

Demonstrated experience to deploy, support and maintain developer support tools to include code repository and collaboration tools.

Demonstrated experience to deploy Tier 1, 2 and 3 level customer support.
