Full/Part Time (FT = 20 hrs or more per week; PT = 19 hrs or less per week) : Full-Time

Performs required testing, repairs and re-certification of IBC’s

Completes routine maintenance and tune ups for trucks including oil changes, minor engine repairs, and various mechanical repairs

Maintain and repair all trailers

Responsible for coordinating the facility maintenance program to ensure all maintenance is completed routinely

Completes various welding and fabrication projects

Completes general Tank Farm maintenance including pump and hose inspections

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Information Technology, or Graphic Design or equivalent work experience, plus

Experience – 3+ years of experience in web design and communications in a corporate environment

Excellent oral and written communications skills required to effectively interact successfully with a diverse group of individuals from various departments.

Highly proficient in computer applications and web-based analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Big Commerce experience a plus.

Have experience within incident management

Provide detailed application support for CUBE application platform to support the case-management process.

Schedule and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers and management.

Liaise with customers by telephone or remote screenshare sessions to qualify, troubleshoot, coordinate and update cases.

At least 18 months experience working in a customer support role for a SaaS business.

Hands-on experience with Office 365, Dynamix CRM, SharePoint and the support of a large web-based application

Ensure accuracy of orders and load management.

Some knowledge of computer and routing software a plus.

Work on Management and Incident Management issues and will manage overall network security infrastructure Operations

Provide on-call technical support (L2 / L3) for Cyber managed infrastructure & products, including firewalls, proxies, and remote access gateways

Experience working with, and in-depth knowledge of, Palo Alto firewalls

Deploy, maintain & manage network security infrastructures
