Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word, and Excel.  Property Management Software experience preferred.

2+ years of residential leasing and/or management experience is required with experience in HUD/Section 8 and LIHTC regulations

Excellent management and communication skills with a solid professional image.

Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellence in time management. 

Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including working with vendors and contractors.

Three years of experience in asset management, commercial real estate, property management, low-income housing tax credit or relevant area.

Deliver consistent and accurate reporting to the team and investors to aid in the overall management of the portfolio.

Communicate risks to appropriate leadership in Asset Management and as problem solver, develop action plan to protect the investment.

Perform property inspections to ensure viability, prudent operational performance, fiscal management, compliance, and document recommendations into the final review report.

Bachelor’s degree in commercial real estate or finance related field, or equivalent experience.

Forecast income and expense projections, capital requirements, risk-return analysis and hold/sell recommendations.

Minimum of one year of prior property management experience, required

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, One-Site Property Management Software and Internet

Screen all incoming residents by objective qualification standards

Perform all other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager/Community Manager

2+ years of prior leasing, customer service, or sales experience, a MUST

2+ years of LIHTC experience, required

Experience working in relationship management teams with a proven understanding of the importance of balancing business development and asset quality

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or urban and regional planning; equivalent experience will be considered

3+ years of tax credit investment, financial services, commercial real estate finance, and/or project development related experience

Prepare investment write-up for consideration by Senior Relationship Managers

Partner effectively with Credit Officers and Asset Managers in connection with credit decisioning and closing and funding risk mitigation

Assist with other Syndication priorities as requested (e.g., asset management, investor relations, assistance to other lines of business).

Extensive knowledge of LIHTC and strong financial analysis skill is required.

Extensive Excel modeling skills required. Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Power Point a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience in closing real estate transactions highly preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under significant time pressure to meet closing deadlines
