Overview:
A Lighting Artist is responsible for creating the lighting and atmosphere of a scene in a 3D animation or game. They work closely with the Art Director and other members of the art team to ensure that the lighting and atmosphere of the scene is consistent with the overall vision of the project. Lighting Artists must have a strong understanding of color theory, lighting principles, and composition. They must also be able to work with a variety of software packages, such as Maya, 3DS Max, and Photoshop.How To Become an Lighting Artist:
To become a Lighting Artist, you will need to have a strong understanding of color theory, lighting principles, and composition. You should also have a good understanding of 3D software packages, such as Maya, 3DS Max, and Photoshop. Additionally, you should have a portfolio of your work that you can show potential employers.Lighting Artist Skills:
