This role is very self-managed and requires a lot of self-accountability and critical thinking

1 or more years of Inbound Call center experience

Experience in a production metric driven environment

Experience using of multiple computer applications/screens simultaneously

Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales

Maintain thorough knowledge of Company Product(s) and Program

Verify and complete required data entry of call activity in Veeva

Chemistry, Education , Science majors a plus

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in inside and/or field sales required

Scientific product or services experience preferred

1+ years professional experience in navigating multiple computer tools/systems/screens

Prior Medicare Product Sales experience

Prior Sales (any industry) experience

Model a high level of professionalism, integrity, and quality with every inbound and outbound consumer phone interaction.

Must reside in the State of Hawaii

Paid remote training is four (4) months for those with a Property and Casualty Insurance license

At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service

Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency

Average annual earnings range from $50K-$60K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.

Starting salary during training is based on an annual salary of $49,400 Licensed

Prior experience using multiple applications/software and multiple screens simultaneously

Healthcare industry and/or insurance experience

Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Korean without limitations or assistance

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed to meet business demands

Minimum internet speed of 25Mbps for download and 10Mbps for upload

A dedicated workspace minimizing ongoing interruptions, and which keeps consumer’s information private

Participate in regular coaching conversations with your manager to improve your skills.

Paid training to hone your skills and gain a full understanding of our sales process and product.

Regular one on one coaching from internally promoted Managers to improve your craft and reach your goals.

Ability to focus 100% on SVG responsibilities during designated work hours

One year of service industry or sales experience, academic and military experience considered

Starting salary during training is based on an annual salary of $47,400 Unlicensed and $49,400 Licensed

You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 9 months before consideration for another shift.
