Requests missing documentation and collect all necessary information for case processing, data entry and case transfer
Effectively manages and resolves customer escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships
Collaborates with Human Services Family and Adult Assistance Program employees to request noncompliance of benefits when a customer is nonresponsive
Bilingual experience preferred- able to read, write, and speak proficiently in both Spanish and English
Experience collecting protected personal information from a diverse customer population
Experience managing caseloads in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
