Manage, track and report on player and legend engagement through CRM, Tableau and internal reports

Minimum of one year of community and/or event program experience preferred

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Experience with applied statistics and advanced analytics.

7+ years of industry experience

Experience delivering quality work across a variety of creative disciplines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with external partners and giving and receiving feedback

Experience developing characters and narratives for games, especially VO and flavor text

BA in English, History, Narrative Design, or other narrative fields (or equivalent experience)

Work with UX designers to build the player experience vision and goals

3+ years of professional game development experience, working in game engines

Hands-on experience developing interactive user interfaces

Experience working in and with 3D assets

Work with the UI lead and other artists to establish the visual language and aesthetic of the UI

Create high-fidelity screens, iconography, and interface components that align with UX/UI goals and accessibility standards

Can work well in high-pressure situations, manage time, and are highly organized, task oriented, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills.
