Legal Marketing Associate Jobs

Managing the development of legal strategies for senior management.

Governing compliance to the requirement of agreements.

Meets local legal license requirements.

Typically 3+ years of commercial legal experience at a law firm or in-house.

Significant experience managing multiple, complex, strategic, issues, and transactions.

Mastery of legal and relevant business knowledge in multiple practice areas in a country/region.

Experience with significant law firms or corporate legal departments

Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Company law and merger and acquisition matters

Secured and unsecured transactions, including inter-creditor issues

Contract interpretation, dispute resolution and commercial litigation

Drafting and negotiating all types of agreements and documents

Solid project management skills, business acumen and an ability to understand marketplace trends.

Education, Work Experience, Skills - Required:

Any other functions/duties as assigned by management

Functional knowledge of website builders and CMS tools (i.e. WordPress, SquareSpace, GoDaddy, etc)

Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-level attorneys, staff, and clients are essential.

Meticulous proofing skills and an aptitude for learning new software are required.
