Legal Administrative Operations Analyst Jobs in Illinois

5 years of experience supporting digital solutions for a law firm or corporate law group

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Legal functional operations of key Law anchor applications including training and managing functional support ticket queues

Fluent with O365 suite of tools

Working directly with end users

Providing training and creating training materials

Presenting findings and pitching ideas to management and other departments so they understand recommendations or changes.

Further education and certification are advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.

At least two years of experience as an administrative analyst or similar.

Strong research, math, and computer skills.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
