Possess a working knowledge of property management software and computer skills such as AppFolio, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Possess thorough knowledge of phone systems utilized in office.

Qualify prospects and ensure proper data entry on applications.

Exceptional communication skills; both verbally and in writing.

Possess extensive knowledge of fair housing and Equal Employment laws.

Minimum two years of progressively responsible sales related experience.

Experience with Multi-Family housing preferred.

Word, Excel, and Computer Experience Preferred
