They may also be responsible for helping to coordinate the move-in process for new tenants. Detailed Job Description A Leasing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the leasing team. They are responsible for helping to ensure that all leasing activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes preparing and processing lease documents, collecting rental payments, and responding to tenant inquiries. They may also be responsible for helping to coordinate the move-in process for new tenants, including scheduling move-in dates, preparing move-in packets, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
