Join Our Dynamic Team as a Lease Coordinator!
AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is a fast-growing multi-site Primary Care company located in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia. We are tripling in size over the next few years and are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Lease Coordinator to join the team! This position will report to our Controller with a dotted line to our VP Facilities, Procurement and Special Projects.
This position is 100% remote. Preferred candidates will be located in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
As the Lease Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between landlords and business leaders and play an integral role in ensuring overall lease compliance. You will be responsible for performing audits, approving reconciliations from landlords and maintaining a payment schedule while ensuring payments are made accurately and timely for all leased properties. This position will work closely with our business leaders and contribute to overall strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Capture and communicate Certificates of Occupancy.
- Cancel services and accounts as needed.
- Ensure rent payments are made accurately and timely for all leased properties.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all landlords and Property Managers.
- Identify and recommend real estate portfolio opportunities (i.e., space consolidations, mitigation of vacancy expenses, etc.) to leadership.
- Review and dispute Property Taxes.
- Manage Business Licenses, Insurance Renewals and CLIA Renewals.
- Track Key Lease Information in Contractworks.
- Review lease language impacting expenses or rights and address with landlords.
- Maintain schedule of required rent payments for all lease agreements.
- Review CAM charges and audit and approve CAM reconciliations from landlords.
- Share COIs for General and Subcontractors with Property Management.
- Provide accurate lease abstracts and ad hoc reporting to business leaders.
- Manage real estate tax assessments and appeal notices.
- Organize and maintain critical lease dates and proactively provide to leadership (i.e., upcoming renewals and terminations).

- Seeking 2+ years of work experience in lease administration, real estate accounting and/or property management.
- A strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
