Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Property Management Software such as Yardi
Inputs all guest cards and other sales related information into property management software on a daily basis.
Presents the property, model, vacant unit, and amenities to prospects in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Processes all rental applications for approval; verifies all pertinent information and submit to manager for approval.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner.

This includes preparing and processing lease documents, collecting rental payments, and responding to tenant inquiries. They may also be responsible for helping to coordinate the move-in process for new tenants, including scheduling move-in dates, preparing move-in packets, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
