Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Coordinate review and approval of lease abstract with the Property Accounting and Asset Management teams.

Build rapport with Asset Management and Property Management teams by effectively communicating the lease entry and management process with both parties.

Manage gross sales and percentage rent reports from tenants, including entry into and reporting from Yardi.

Manage letters of credit held as collateral for tenant security deposits.

Work with Property Accounting teams to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with GAAP.

Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word and Excel.  Yardi Property Management Software experience preferred. 

A minimum of two (2) years multi-family leasing management experience required with five (5) years solid leasing experience. 

Excellent management and communication skills with a solid professional image.  

Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellence in time management.   

Experience and/or knowledge in HUD/Section 8 and LIHTC regulations ideal.    

Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including working with vendors and contractors.
