Detailed Job Description The Learning Resource Center Technician is responsible for providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff in the Learning Resource Center. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing assistance to users. The Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the Learning Resource Center's equipment, software, and resources. This includes performing regular maintenance and repairs, as well as ensuring that the Learning Resource Center is up to date with the latest technology. The Technician will also be responsible for providing training and support to users, as well as assisting with the development of new resources. Job Skills Required
