Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales training, education, HR, instructional design, learning experience design, banking/finance, or a related area.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other course software
Experience with LMS content, course build, and admin responsibilities is strongly preferred.Knowledge of or experience in the fintech, banking/financial industry
Consult with management on program effectiveness.
Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience
Conduct training on sales skills, products and learning technology programs.
