Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business Administration or related

Experience in development and implementation of learning and development strategies in support of business objectives preferred.

Develop methods and tools to measure learning and development initiative impact and effectiveness across the organization.

Partner with cross-functional leader groups and teams to share best practices and leverage efficiencies and expertise.

Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), Workday preferrable
