Learning And Development Business Office Trainer Jobs

Serves as backup admin for Learning Management System (LMS)

Collaborates with L&D and Departments to develop and deliver soft-skills programs

Broad understanding of department roles, skillsets, and uses of bswift software and processes

Partners with L&D team and product team members in development of training programs

Maintains and delivers New Hire Core content for all technical roles

Partners with SMEs to deliver department new hire and BAU training

Maintain training site and documents, including LMS data entry and management.

Learning Management Systems experience (Workday Learning)

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred

Create and manage an engaged classroom environment (live and virtual) to ensure effective learning.

Manage the delivery of learning activities aligned to support business priorities and achievement of goals.

Conducts needs analysis in partnership with Organizational Change Management, determines training needs, recommends solutions, designs training programs and ensures training effectiveness.

Experienced with instructional design and authoring tools skills

Experience in utility industry and gas and electric field operations preferred Strong interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skills

Bachelors Degree in Education, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Manages training program enrollment, assessment and evaluation process

Training, coaching, and mentoring of new & existing managers and team members.
