Lean Process Engineering Manager Jobs in Texas

10 years related manufacturing experience, 3+ years management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with process improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and throughput.

Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines.

Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly environment.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Strong lithography understanding and experience. Knowledge of equipment and processess used for wafer patterning.

Oversight of Lithography Process Engineering Team. Manage diverse team of engineers toward maximizing module performance to achieve team objectives.

Manage receipt of new technologies from the Research and Development organizations and ensure manufacturability capability.

Strong data analytical skills and understanding of SPC, APC, FDC.

Leadership experience managing diverse team toward complex goals.

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.

Proficiency with power tools and good mechanical skills and knowledge.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, good organization, analytical and reasoning skills.

Experience with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment

Experience interpreting manipulating and interpreting data.

Knowledge in CAD and GD&T a plus.
